Britannia Beach Volunteer Firefighters Association

Over the last few years, the Association board have done a great job in putting together numerous programs to support the BBFD membership and find valuable ways to use the money that we all earn from attending calls and practices. We’ve been able to start to reduce our surplus and although that’s a really positive outcome, it brings with it a different challenge.

We now need to start to effectively prioritise where we spend your money, and in 2025 our budget will be built in recognition that some of the things we have been able to spend lavishly on over the last few years will need to be more controlled.

With that in mind, we’d like to hear from you about where you would prioritise, so we’ve put a simple survey question together. Please take a few minutes, give this some thought and provide your input, this will help the board build a budget that follows your priorities and direction.

While we’re asking you to prioritise one area of spend over another this doesn’t mean that it’s ‘all or nothing’, just that we’ll look to allocate more funds to the higher priority categories.

Please number the following categories with 1 being your highest priority and 7 being your lowest priority.
